Wasabi Opens at West One

How about sushi after shopping?



Clean. Neat. Modern. Bright. When a customer walks into a branch of Wasabi there is nothing hidden. The glass and the stainless steel gleam. The kitchen is in the open, the food is immediately obvious, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

The rows of colourful sushi look glorious; great globe-like lampshades dangle from the ceiling; and at the larger branches the shiny tables are surrounded by translucent lime green designer chairs.

This carefully considered and stylishly unique design represents the modern and reflects the cleanliness, the minimalism and the futuristic image of Japan itself.

In all, there are over 40 varieties of individually wrapped sushi, 15 different Japanese hot food dishes with various sides and a range of noodle soups and salads.
